online therapy

for women

Let's find a way to reach your goals with confidence, self-esteem and freedom to be who you are?

You deserve to feel more confident, safe and in control of your own life - without guilt, fear and without having to please everyone - and the online therapy is the best place to learn how to position yourself in life.

Areas of Expertise

Self-Esteem and Self-Knowledge

You doubt yourself even when others praise you, feel you’ve lost touch with your true self, or simply dislike the person you see in the mirror. Therapy can help you build a more honest and kind relationship with yourself.

You replay conversations in your mind trying to figure out what you did wrong, constantly pressure yourself to be productive, perfect, or likable, and feel that nothing you do is ever enough. If this sounds familiar, therapy allows you to identify these patterns and develop a more compassionate attitude toward yourself.

You feel guilty whenever you try to prioritize yourself, believe you’ll only be accepted if you’re useful, “nice,” or flawless, and feel like you always “owe” something — to others or to yourself. The therapeutic process helps you understand what fuels this pattern and build a more balanced pace of life.

You stay silent to avoid conflict, struggle to say no, and fear disappointing those around you. Therapy offers a space to establish healthier boundaries and communicate more authentically.

You overthink every decision for fear of making a mistake, feel exhausted from trying to control everything and everyone around you, and live in a constant state of high alert. It is possible to learn to handle these experiences with greater flexibility and less emotional drain.

You constantly compare yourself to other women and feel like you’re falling behind, struggle to acknowledge your achievements, and need constant approval to feel secure. Therapy can help you build genuine confidence — confidence that comes from within, not from the outside.

You frequently sabotage yourself through procrastination or self-criticism and feel your achievements aren’t truly deserved — fearing that, at any moment, you’ll be “found out.” This is far more common than it seems, especially among high-achieving women. Therapy helps build a more solid self-confidence based on who you truly are.

This is the moment to break these patterns and to build a new way to see yourself.

You’ve gotten used to what you shouldn’t

Do you feel that you hold yourself accountable more than you deserve? Do you have difficulties to position yourself and to say “no”? Are you always trying to please others, even if this hurts you? Do you always put yourself in second place in your relationships?

I know that this can be a part of your life for a long time, but it shouldn't be like this. You’re enough. You’re unique. You are valuable the way you are. You’re worthy of respect.

You can’t see this because you’re caught in cognitive-behavior patterns - which you can’t remember when and how they began - but you can start rewriting them.

Follow-up

We’ll have a collaborative process. I’ll be by your side to support you in your challenges.

This is completely different from self-help or motivational books you may have encountered before.

I use evidence-based approaches tailored to your goals and your personal history — to create real, sustainable changes in how you feel, think, and act.

In therapy, we explore together why these patterns exist, how they formed, and — most importantly — what practical steps can be taken to change them.

It is an active process: you are not merely heard; you are guided to develop new ways of relating to yourself, your emotions, and your life.

All of this takes place in a welcoming environment that respects your pace, your values, and your personal history.

Hi, I’m Beatriz Carvajal, your psychotherapist!

I was diagnosed with ADHD at 15 — a time when I was very introverted, afraid to speak up for myself, and constantly worried about what others might think. In my desire not to upset anyone, I would always end up putting my own needs aside.

Seeking a path that felt right, I enrolled in fashion school and lived in São Paulo for a year and a half. It was an intense period, marked by conflicts that stemmed precisely from my difficulty in expressing my feelings.

Throughout all of this, therapy was a constant presence — in my childhood, adolescence, and adulthood. It showed me just how transformative the therapeutic process can be for the relationship we have with ourselves, which ultimately led me to choose psychology as my profession.

I graduated from UNISO in 2020 and specialized in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy at PUC-RS.

Now, as a psychologist, I hope to help more women feel confident enough to speak up, prioritize themselves, and build a lighter, more purposeful life.

Do you have any doubts?

Do I need to have any disorder to seek therapy?

No. Therapy can be useful for many questions, since managing everyday stress until specific challenges. You don’t need to have a formal diagnosis of a mental illness to benefit from therapy.

Anyone experiencing emotions, behaviors, or interpersonal difficulties can benefit from therapeutic support.

My therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Both of them have scientific evidence base support by numerous studies and researches that demonstrate its efficacy in treatments in a variety of mental and emotional conditions.

Therapy can reach a lot of problems, including anxiety, depression, stress, traumas. relationships problems, grief, self-esteem questions and many others.

It’s also excellent for personal development, professional performance and to reach specific goals.

The number of sessions depends on the individual therapeutic goals, on the issues gravity and the client’s answer for therapy. We’ll work together to analized the progress over time and adjust if necessary .

Prices depend on a number of factors. Like I said, this is a personalized service so I need to know your needs in order to provide the best cost for you.
