Cognitive Behavior Therapy & ACT
We’ll have a collaborative process. I’ll be by your side to support you in your challenges.
Cognitive Behavior Therapy is a structured approach, based on scientific evidence, to improve real and sustainable changes in the way you feel, think and act.
Through therapy, we’ll investigate why this happens, how this pattern started and what you can do to make practical changes.
It’s an active process: you aren’t only listening, you’re a guide to develop new ways to think, feel and behave yourself.
All this in a welcoming way, respecting your time, your values and your history.

I was diagnosed with ADHD with 15/16 years of age, right after I failed my first year of high school.
In this time I was a very introspective person, was afraid of positioning myself and lived with fear of others’ judgments. My self-esteem was low and because I didn’t want to disappoint anyone I always put myself last.
Even with difficulties, I managed to graduate and trying to find a path that made sense for me, I entered fashion college and moved to São Paulo for a year and a half.
It was a very intense period, it was far from my city, it was marked by several conflicts, because I wasn’t able to express my discomfort and I swallowed my feelings to maintain peace.
In the end, I noticed that it wasn’t what I wanted and came back to my city.
Between all this, psychotherapy was always with me: when I was a child, adolescent (right after my diagnosis with ADHD) and during my adult life too. Psychotherapy was and still is an essential tool for my development.
This brings me to choose Psychologist as a profession. I entered the graduate course at UNISO and graduated in 2020.
During my graduation I had participated in many projects like: sports, domestic violence and integrated health, men who committed violence against women. Right after graduating, I specialized in Cognitive-Behavior Therapy (CBT) at PUC-RS.
Now, as a Psychologist, I hope to help more women feel safe to position themselves, to prioritize and to build a lighter life and with more purpose.
